Building Guide’s Post-Purchase Platform for Shopify
Guide is a post-purchase platform for Shopify brands. It brings shipping protection, returns and exchanges, order tracking, claims and fraud detection into one layer that runs on each merchant’s own brand. Tech Dimensions built the platform behind it, with a Laravel backend at its core.

Merchants were juggling separate tools for protection, returns, tracking and claims. When a parcel went missing or arrived damaged, the shopper, the merchant and Guide all needed the same answer quickly, without support tickets piling up.
